I love to crochet with thread. For doilies/lace/etc. I use a pattern (either
mine or one from a book or website). For miniature animals - I just crochet
the shapes. Keeping the animals symmetrical can be interesting. I want to get
into using yarn. I've found so many beautiful yarns recently and want to start
working with them. I'd like to try making a sweater but haven't found just the
"right" pattern (lol). II tried Afghans in my youth. I know that many women
love doing them - but for me it was just to monotonous.
