SWEET DREAM BLANKIES	Sweet Dream Blankies was started in an effort to help give comfort to children as they enter into the foster care system in North Alabama. So far, we are only large enough to take care of the children at the Limestone County DHR, but someday, my dream is to branch out to other surrounding areas. We are sew-ers, knitters, and crocheters, and make either afghans, 12" squares (to be joined into afghans), scarves, hats, and bags for coloring books/crayons for the kids. Please only use acrylic worsted weight type yarn for the afghans and squares, as this yarn holds up really well with children's use. We hope that through our work, we will help kids have sweet dreams that they deserve. Thanks!
AMERICAN ANGELS HEROGHANS	We make Heroghans (comfortghans) for the families of fallen service members. We need 12 inch squares in red/white/blue to be mailed to the different assemblers around the country.

PROJECT FUZZY: HATS FOR HOPE	"An organization by kids that makes children undergoing cancer treatment feel warm and fuzzy. We achieve this warm and fuzzy mission by knitting and crocheting soft hats for the pediatric cancer patients. In addition, we make Warm Fuzzy Buddies (yarn creatures) to include with each hat. The hats and Warm Fuzzy Buddies are donated to the Children's Hospital in Denver. "

BONNIE BABIES	Helping Special Babies in the UK. We are a Registered Charity group dedicated to making premature clothes and burial outfits. We knit, crochet and Sew our tiny items, also offering help and support when we can.

PAULA'S KNITTING AND CROCHET NATIONAL CHARITY PROJECT	I crochet and knit mostly afghans for various charities, mainly charities that help children such as Project Linus. I also make Warm Up America! afghans to donate to other charities. I accept granny's daughter motifs, crocheted or knitted squares in any size, color, and pattern, and 7 by 9 inch knitted or crocheted rectangles (for Warm Up America! afghans).
COZEE'S	Lapghans will be donated to area children/adults in need.
LOVE'S MANY CLOTHS	We crochet, knit, loom, etc. facecloths for shelters throughout the United States. This year we have also added "healing bandages" for an organization, micro preemie to newborn sized hats and such for a hospital in Michigan and the list continues....we are growing and so is the need!
BOOKS AND DREAMS	Books and Dreams seeks to improve the quality of life for the millions of impoverished and neglected people of Latin America. We conduct literacy and basic education programs and support libraries with books and educational materials across Central and South America.
SQUARES 4 SURVIVORS	We accept 12" crocheted or knitted squares of 4 ply worsted weight acrylic yarn which are assembled into afghans for victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and any future hurricane victims who require assistance. All information is available at the web site including sign-up for our yahoo list. We will also accept completed afghans or quilts. Note: Please do not knot ends. Leave long tails and weave in or contact the assembler to see if you can leave them dangling.
THREADS OF COMPASSION	"A loosely connected group of survivors of sexual violence who desire to offer comfort and support to recent victims. The idea is simple. Any survivor of sexual assault or abuse is welcome to knit or crochet a scarf which in turn will be given to an assault or abuse victim when they enter the hospital for emergency treatment. "
GIVE A CHRISTMAS	We collect holiday fabrics and turn them into Christmas stockings that are delivered to various hospitals and institutions where children reside, either temporarily or permanently.
HELPING HANDS OF TN	This is a group of ladies that are using their crochet talents for charity. We crochet afghans, chemo caps and baby booties for children's hospitals and cancer clinics within the state of TN. We also from time to time donate crocheted items to other national charities.

AFGHANS FOR ANGELS IOWA HEADQUARTERS	"Afghans for Angels" is an organization made up completely of volunteers who make and distribute baby blankets to local hospitals to give to parents who have suffered the loss of their infant through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death.
AFGHANS FOR ANGELS VIRGINIA CHAPTER	Our "Afghans for Angels" are placed lovingly around these infant Angels when they are held by their families for the brief time in which bittersweet hellos and sad good-byes are said. The parents are then allowed to keep these afghans as a token of rememberance of their baby. Just having something soft to hold is comforting for the parents.
