I've decided to answer a few questions that I receive fairly often here in hopes of helping your visit to Crochet N More a better one.

QUESTION:

Do you have a Facebook page?

ANSWER:

Yes. I have a personal Facebook page as well as a Facebook Fan page
for Crochet N More. I only add family and close friends on my personal page.

QUESTION:

I sent you an email and I haven't received a reply. Did you get my email?

ANSWER:

I receive a lot of feedback from viewers, including questions about how to crochet, comments about our website as well as questions about where to locate patterns.
I appreciate reading each and every message. While it is not possible to respond to every email in a timely manner I do try to answer each one. Please know that your thoughts and comments are important to me. All feedback aids in the improvement of the Crochet N More website.

QUESTION:

Why can't I print your free patterns?

ANSWER:

I'm not sure why but the Firefox browser does not allow me to print the pattern by clicking the "Print just the pattern on this Page" button. I am able to print the pattern by using Internet Explorer. If you can access a different browser... try to print using it.

Another option: Select the text of the pattern and copy it. Then paste it into a word program and print from there. If all else fails... email me and I will email you the pattern.

QUESTION:

I saw a pattern in a recent issue of your newsletter and now I can't find the pattern on your website. Can you send it to me?

ANSWER:

Yes! Just email me with the name of the pattern you wanted and I will locate it for you and send you the link.

QUESTION:

I subscribe to your newsletter and accidentally deleted my copy. Can you send it to me again?

ANSWER:

Yes! I'm happy to email the latest issue to you again. However, you may be able to locate it in your email program... either in the deleted folder or the trash folder.
