MATERIALS:
7 yards of white bedspread cotton
no. 6 aluminum crochet hook
2 ft ¼ inch green ribbon
1 red rosebud
3 ½ round photograph or picture from a Christmas card.
scissors
thread for sewing
hole punch
Punch 16 holes in picture evenly around about a ¼ inch away from the edge.
Rnd 1: With with crochet thread pull up loop of thread through hole on top of picture. Make 3 sc hole, ch 3 *3 sc crochet in next hole, ch 3* repeat around ending with ch 3 sl st to first sc.
Rnd 2: Sl st to second sc, ch 3, 1 dc, chain 3 2 dc in same stitch. Ch 3, * in center of next 3 sc group make 2 dc, ch3 2 dc, ch 3* repeat around ending with sl st to top of ch3.
Rnd 3: Sl st into ch-3 sp, ch 3 (first dc), 5 dc in same ch-3 sp, *sc in sp between shells, 6 dc in next ch-3 sp, repeat from * around, sl st to join in top of beg ch-3.
Rnd: 4: Ch 3, sl st in next st around, join in beg sl st, fasten off.
