MATERIALS
1 oz 4 ply
green yarn
2 oz 4 ply purple yarn
50 yds lavender bedspread cotton
#6 steel crochet hook
#5 aluminum hook
3 yds 1/4 inch lavender ribbon
small lavender rose
Starting at neck with green and number 5 aluminum hook, ch 16, sl st to first ch to form ring. Ch 2, sc in same ch, sc in each of the next 3 chs, (2 sc in next ch, sc in each of next 3 chs) around, join with sl st on top of ch-2.
Rnd 2: Ch 2 sc in each of the next 2 sts, (2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts) around ending with 2 sc in next st, sc in last st.
Rnd 3: Ch 2, sc in same st, sc in each of the next 3 sts, (2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 3 sts) around.
Rnd 4: Ch 2, sc in each of the next 2 sts, (2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts) around ending with 2 sc in next st, sc in last st.
Rnd 5: Ch 2, sc in same st, sc in next 4 sts, (2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts) around.
Rnd 6: Ch 2, sc in each of the next 3 sts, (2 sc in next st,sc in each of the next 3 sts) around .
Skirt
Rnd 1: Working this rnd in back loops only ch 1, sc in first 3 sts, (hdc in next 2 sts, dc in next 3 st for armhole ch 5 skip next 10 sts; dc in next 3 sts, hdc in next 2 sts, sc in next 10 sts.) repeat between (), sc in last 5 sts, join with st in first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 2 skip next st, (hdc in next st or ch) around, join with sl st in 1st sc in top of ch 2.
Rnd 3: Ch 2, sc in each st and in each ch-1 sp around. Join with sl st in top of ch-3. fasten off.
Rnd 4: With purple yarn. ch 1 sc in same st, in next st (YO, insert hook in next sc, *YO and pull up a loop, YO and draw through 2 loops on hook, *YO, insert hook in same st, YO and pull up a loop, YO and draw through 2 loops on hook* repeat from * to*till there are 5 loops on hook. YO and draw through all 5 loops.) Sc in next sc repeat from () around, join to first sc.
Rnd 5: ch 1 sc in same st and in each st around.
Rnd 6: ch 3 (*YO, insert hook in same st, YO and pull up a loop, YO and draw through 2 loops on hook* repeat from * to *till there are 4 loops on hook. YO and draw through all 4 loops. Sc in next sc) repeat from () around, join to first sc.
Rnd 7: repeat rnd 2
Rnds 8-11: repeat rnds 4-7
Rnd 12: repeat rnd 4
Rnd 13: repeat rnd 5 finish off
With lavender thread and 6 steel crochet hook ch 1 sc in same st, ch 5 skip next st sc in next st repeat around Join to first st.
Rnd 2: in each
loop make 2 sc, ch 4 sl st in 3 ch, 3 sc in same loop. Join to first sc fasten
off.
In front loops of bodice repeat lace,
Along neck line 2 sc in each st.
Trim.
Fold over 4 inches of lavender ribbon and sew rose and ribbon on.
Run lavender ribbon through rnd 2 of skirt. And put on dish detergent bottle
