Boo's Scarf Free Crochet Pattern

Measures
8" x 52"
(excluding fringe)


The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contact me if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Caron Simply Soft (White - less than 8 ounces)
Hook Size H

Stitches: ch, sc, sl st, dc.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM


R1: Ch34, sc in the hump of the 2nd ch from the hook. Sc in the hump of ea rem ch. (33sts)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in the first st. Ch3, 3dc in the same st.
*Sk 3sts. (sc, ch3, 3dc) in the next st.
Rep from * across to the last 4sts.
Sk 3sts. Dc in the last st.

R3: Ch4, turn. (Sk 3dc. Sc in next Ch3 sp. Ch3) across to last chsp. Sk 3dc, sc in ch3 sp. (Corrected Row)

R4: Ch1, turn. Sc in the 1st st.
Ch3. 3dc in the same st.
(Sk the ch-sp, sc in next sc, ch3, 3dc in same st.) across to last ch-sp. Sk the ch-sp. Dc in the top of the dc one row below.

Alternate R3 & R4 until the scarf is the desired length (mine was around 52" long)

LAST ROW

Ch1, turn. Sc in the same st. 3sc in the next ch-sp.
(Sc in the next sc. 3sc in the next ch-sp) across.
Sc in the bottom ch of the last ch-sp at the row end. (33sc)

Fasten off.

ADD FRINGE

Cut 12" lengths of yarn. Add a fringe (using two strands at once) to each st along both short ends.
