MATERIALS:

#10 Bedspread Cotton Thread
Steel Hook Size 1

Stitches: ch, sc, dc.

Difficulty: MEDIUM

R1: Ch10, dc in 4th ch from hook. Dc in ea rem ch. (8dc)

R2: Ch3, turn. Dc in next dc. Sk next 2 dc. 5dc between posts of the 2 center dc (shell made). Sk 2dc. Dc in ea of the last 2dc.

R3: Ch3, turn. Dc in next dc. Ch2, sc in center dc of shell. Ch2, dc in ea of last 2dc.

R4: Ch3, turn. Dc in next dc. (2dc in next ch-sp) twice. Dc in ea of last 2dc.

Rs5-19: Rep Rows 2-4 five times.

Rs20: Rep R2.

R21: Ch3, turn. Dc in next 3 dc. Sk center dc. Dc in ea of last 4dc.

BORDER: Do not turn. Sl st around post of last st on R21.
Ch3, dc around same st.
* 2dc in ea row end. Ch2 (corner)
Dc in ea st along short side (8dc)
Ch2 (corner)
Rep From * once.
Join with sl st in top of beg ch3.

Fasten Off.
