Fasten off leaving a long tail.

Holding R1 and R20 tog. Sew corresponding sts tog.

Hold pouch with flap centered in the back. Sew corresponding sts tog along the bottom edge.

Sew on a button and tie a ribbon on the flap for a closure. I added my ribbon like a fringe then made a knot so it would hook around the button.

HANDLE: Join same yarn with a sl st in the ch5 lp on one side. Ch1, turn. Sc in same ch5 lp. (ch1, turn. Sc in sc) 20 times. You can twist the handle or leave it straight. Ch1, sc into the opposite ch5 lp and the last sc at the same time. Sl st in the same ch5 lp.
