The following pattern is my original design.

MATERIALS:
Hook: Size G
Yarn: Lion Brand Chenille
Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, sc dec.
Difficulty: EASY
RND 1: Ch 15, join with sl st to form ring. Working inside the ring, work 15 sc. Ch 1, turn.
RND 2: Sc in each sc. (15 sc) Join with sl st to 1st sc made. Ch 1, turn.
RND 3: *Sc dec over next two sc, sc in next sc. Rep from * around. Join with sl st. Ch 1, turn.
RND 4-6: Rep Row 2. (10 sc)
RND 7: Sc dec over next 2 sts, sc in next st. Rep from * around to last st. Sc in last st, join with sl st.
Fasten off leaving a 4" tail. Draw the yarn tail down throught the bell.
Using a piece of white chenille and tie knots repeatedly to form a clanger. Tie it to the end of the tail close to the base of the bell. Tie a white piece of chenille to the top of the bell for the hanger.
