Crab Stitch Hotpad Crochet Pattern
Measures
8" Wide
Length is your choice.
I like my hotpads to be square.

The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contact me if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

4ply Worsted Weight, 100% Cotton Yarn
      (White and Green)
Hook Size G

Stitches: ch, sc, rev sc.

Difficulty: MEDIUM/DIFFICULT
The stitches aren't difficult but actually making the rev sc
with two strands of yarn and a G hook is challenging.

R1: Holding one strand of each color together throughout the pattern.
Ch26, sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and in ea rem ch. (25sc)

NOTE: Rows 2 and 3 are both worked into the previous row each time.

R2: Ch1, do not turn. Rev Sc the FL only of ea st across. (25sts)

R3: Do not turn. Sc in the BL only of ea st across. (25sts)

Rep Rows 2 & 3, until desired size... ending with R3.

Fasten off.
