Red Heart Super Saver - 4ply WW (blue and off white)
Hook Size H

Stitches: ch, sc, sl st, sc2tog.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM


FRONT
(Beginning at bottom edge)

R1: Ch22, sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch. (21sc)

Rs2-12: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st.

Rs13-15: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc in ea st across to last 2 sts. Sc2tog. (15sts)

R16: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (15sc) Do not fasten off.

RIGHT SIDE FRONT SHOULDER

R1: Ch1, turn. Sc in 7 sts (leave rem 8 sts unworked)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc across to end. (6sts)

R3: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st across to last 2 sts. Sc2tog. (5sts)

Rs4-6: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (5sts)

Fasten Off.

LEFT SIDE FRONT SHOULDER

R1: Reattach yarn in 2nd unworked st on R16. Sc in last 7 sts.

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in 5sts. Sc2tog. (6sts)

R3: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc in last 4 sts (5sts)

Rs4-6: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st.

Fasten Off.

LEFT SIDE BACK SHOULDER

R1: Reattach yarn in 2nd unworked st on R22. Sc in 7sts.

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in 5 sts. Sc2tog. (6sts)

R4: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (5sts)

FRONT EDGING

Attach yarn in any st or row end on the Front piece.
Sc in ea st and in ea row end, placing 2 sc in ea bottom corner and on each side of both shoulders.
The side facing you will be considered the Right Side.

BACK EDGING

Attach yarn in any st or row end on the Back piece.
Sc in ea st and in ea row end, placing 2 sc in ea bottom corner and on each side of both shoulders.
The side facing you will be considered the Right Side.

ASSEMBLY

Holding the Front piece and Back piece together with Wrong Sides tog,
join sts working by working back and forth between both pieces.
Attach the yarn (same color) in the bottom side stitch on one piece, sc, ch1, sc in the corresponding st on the other piece. Continue bet back and front pieces up to where the underarm begins.
Repeat on other side. Join the tops of both shoulders in the same way.

HOOD

R1: With White, ch48. Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch.

Rs2-15: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (47sc)

Fold piece with short ends tog. Sc corresponding sts tog. Turn inside out to hide the seam.

Attach several strands of blue yarn to the top point on the hood.

HOOD TRIM

R1: Join Blue in the first unworked lp on the foundation row. Sc in ea st on that row. Fasten off.

R2: Reattach same yarn in the first st you made on R1. Sc in same st. (Sk next st, ch4, Sc in next st) across.

Fasten Off.

SLEEVES

Beginning at center side/underarm, join White.

R1: Place 33 sc evenly around the arm hole opening. Join with sl st.

R2: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea st. Join with sl st. (33sts)

R3: Ch1, do not turn. (Sc2tog) twice. Sc in ea st around to last 2 sts. Sc2tog. Join with sl st. (30sts)

R4: Ch1, do not turn. (Sc in next 4 sts. Sc2tog) around. Join with sl st. (25sts)

R5: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in 8 sts. (Sc2tog) 5 times. Sc in last 7 sts. (20sts)

BEGIN CONTINUOUS ROUNDS

Rs6-18: Do not turn. Sc in ea st. Place marker. (20sts)

Fasten Off.

Repeat for other sleeve.
