MATERIALS:
Mary Maxim Crochet Cotton - Mercerized Sportweight (I used Periwinkle)
Steel Hook Size 1
Hair Elastic
Stitches: ch, sl st, sc.
Difficulty: EASY
Join yarn to hair elastic using a sl st. (ch 4, sc around hair elastic) around until you have 24 ch-4 sps.
Ch 4 and join with a sl st in the 1st sl st made. Fasten Off.
