MATERIALS:

Lion Brand Chenille - Thick & Quick
     (#107 Periwinkle)
Hook Size J
2-3" Craft Rings

Stitches: ch, sc, sl st, hdc.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM

-- MAKE 2 --

R1: Ch 15, hdc in 3rd ch from hook. Hdc in ea rem ch.

Rs2-7: Ch2, turn. Hdc in ea st.

R8: Ch1, turn. Working over craft ring as you go, sc in ea st on R7.

Fasten Off.

JOINING

Beginning on R6. Hold both pieces tog. Join yarn with sl st in corresponding sts on R6.
Sc in all corresponding sts around to the same place on the other side, placing 3 scs in ea
corner on the bottom.

Fasten Off.

OPTIONAL IDEAS:
1. Add a cloth lining to the bag.
2. Make the bag in holiday colors.
3. Embellish the bag with sequins, beads, ribbon, fringe, etc.
