MATERIALS:
Steel Hook Size 1
#10 Bedspread Weight Cotton Thread
Stitches Used: ch, sl st, sc.
LOVE KNOT Ch 1 loosely, sc in the hump on the back of the ch.
Difficulty: EASY
Rnd 1: Ch 36, join to form a ring. Ch 1. Do not turn. Sc in each ch around. Place marker.
Rnds 2-16: Sc in each st around while repositioning the marker after each round.
Rnd 17: Sc in each st around. Sl st in next st. Ch 4, turn.
Rnd 18: Sk next st, sc in next st. * Ch 3, sk next st, sc in next st. Rep from * around to last 2 sts. Sk next st, sl st in same sp as beg ch-3. Ch 1, turn.
Rnd 19: (Sc, ch 3, sc) in ea Ch-3 sp. Sl st in 1st sc to join.
Fasten off.
BELT: Crochet a 12"-14" strand of love knots for the belt, placing fringe on each end of the strand. Adjust the length to suit your personal preference. Weave the belt through the Ch-3 spaces on Rnd 18.
