The following pattern is my original design.

MATERIALS:

Cotton Yarn - 4 ply worsted weight (for body)
I used Red Heart Super Saver Yarn for the features but you can use any
contrasting color yarn.

Hook Size I
Stitches: ch, sc, sc dec, dc.

Difficulty: EASY

R1: Ch 4, 3dc in 4th ch from hook. Ch 1, sl st in same ch.

R2: Ch 1, turn. 3sc in same sp.

R3-5: Ch 1, turn. 2sc in same sp as beg ch-1. Sc in ea sc across to last. 2sc in last sc.

R6-9: Ch 1, turn. Sc in ea sc.

R10-12: Ch 1, turn. Sc dec over 2 sc. Sc in ea st across to last 2 sc. Sc dec over last 2 sts.

R13: Dec over all 3 remaining stitches.

Sc evenly around, join with a sl st.

FASTEN OFF

Using the photo as a guide, stitch on features using a yarn needle and the contrasting yarn.
