The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.

MATERIALS:

Bernat Baby Coordinates (White, small amount of pink and green)
Hook Size F
Yarn Needle

Stitches: ch, sc, sc2tog, hdc, dc, tr.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM/DIFFICULT


R1: Ch37, sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in ea rem ch. (36sc)

R2: Ch1, turn. 2sc in 1st sc. Sc in ea sc across to last sc.
2sc in last sc. (38sc)

Rs3-26: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea sc. (38sc)

RIGHT SIDE SHAPING

R27: Ch1, turn. Sc in next 10 sts.

Rs28-32: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea sc. (10sts)

R33: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st across to last 2 sts. 2sc in last st. (11sts)

R34: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st across to last 2 sts. Sc2tog. (10sts)

R35: Rep R33.

R36: Rep R34.

R37: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc in ea rem st. (9sts)

R38: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st across to last 2sts. Sc2tog. (8sts)

R39: Rep R37. (7sts)

R40: Rep 38. (6sts)

R41: Rep R37. (5sts)

R42: Rep R38: (4sts)

R43: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog twice. (2sts)

TIE

R44: Ch1, turn. Sc in both sts.

Rep R44 until tie is 10" long.

Fasten off.

LEFT SIDE SHAPING

LR27: Reattach yarn 10 sts from left side on R26 of bib. Ch1, sc in ea st. (10sts)

LR28-32: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st. (10sts)

LR33: Ch1, turn. 2sc in first st. Sc in ea rem st. (11sts)

LR34: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc in ea rem st. (10sts)

LR35: Rep R33.

LR36: Rep R34.

LR37: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st across to last 2sts. Sc2tog. (9sts)

LR38: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog. Sc in ea rem st. (8sts)

LR39: Rep R37. (7sts)

LR40: Rep R38. (6sts)

LR41: Rep R37. (5sts)

LR42: Rep R38. (4sts)

LR43: Ch1, turn. Sc2tog twice. (2sts)

TIE

R44: Ch1, turn. Sc in both sts.

Rep R44 until tie is 10" long.

Fasten Off.

EDGING: Attach green with a sl st in any st on bib.
Ch1, sc evenly around entire bib placing extra sts on both bottom corners and at the end of each tie.
Join with sl st in first sc.

Fasten off.

LEAVES

With green,

R1: Ch10, sl st in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in next ch. Hdc in next ch. Dc in next 3chs. Hdc in next ch. Sc in next ch. Sl st in last ch.

Do not fasten off.
Repeat R1 4 more times. (should have five leaves)

Join with sl st at the base of the first leaf.
Fasten off.

FLOWER

R1: Join pink into the center, between two leaves, with a sl st. Ch3.
Holding leaves toward the back out of your way
(Sc bet next 2 leaves, ch3) around. Join with sl st in first sc.

R2: Do not turn. Sl st in next ch3 sp. Ch3, 4dc in same sp.
Sc in next sc.
(5dc in next ch3 sp. Sc in next sc) around.
Join with sl st in top of beg ch3.

Fasten off.

FINISHING

Tack flower/leaves to bib as shown in picture.
I used a yarn needle and the yarn tails and tacked it to the front of the stitches
so the back of the bib would be free of stitching.
