MATERIALS:
Red Heart Super Saver, White & Red (4ply worsted weight)
Hook Size I
10-12 inches of red ribbon
12.6 oz bottle of Dawn Dishwashing Liquid
Yarn Needle
Stitches: ch, sc, sc dec, dc.
Difficulty: MEDIUM
R1: Ch 24, join to form a ring.
R2: Ch2, (dc, ch2, sc) in same ch. [Sk next 2 chs, (2dc, ch2, sc) in next ch] around.
Sk last 2 chs. Join with sl st in top of beg ch2.
Fasten Off.
R3: Working in the stitches you skipped on R2.
Attach white in one of the skipped singles. Sc in same st, sc in next sc, ch2.
(sc in each of next 2 sc, ch2) around. Join with sl st.
R4: Ch1, do not turn. Place one sc in ea sc and 2 sc in each ch2 sps.
R5: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea sc.
R6: Rep R5.
R7: (Sc dec over 2 sts) around. Join with sl st. (16 decreases)
R8: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea st. Join with sl st.
R9: Ch 1, do not turn. (Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.
R10: Ch2, do not turn. [ (dc, ch2, sc) in same sc. Sk next sc ] around
Join with sl st in top of beg ch2.
R11: Ch1, turn. Sl st in next ch2 sp. Ch2, (dc, ch2, sc) in same sp. (2dc, ch2, sc) in ea ch2 sp around.
Repeat R11 until skirt covers the bottle.
NECK TRIM: Join Red in any unworked loop on the first round. *sc dec over 2 sts, sc in next st. Rep from * around.
Tie a red ribbon around the waist.
