MATERIALS:
Bernat Softee Baby
Hook: Size G
Large Thick Hair Elastic
Stitches used: ch, sl st, dc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM
R1: Ch 62, dc in 4th ch from hook and in ea rem ch. Ch 3, turn.
R2-3: Dc in ea st. Ch 3, turn.
R4: Dc in ea st. Ch 1.
ASSEMBLY:
Hold the foundation Row and Row 4 together around the elastic.
Sc the corresponding stitches together. Once the tube is formed
around the elastic, slip stitch in the first single you made.
Fasten Off.
