Martie's TubBuds: they can be used as a wash cloth for little guys. Or
dusters for you moms.
crochet hook: #4.5
wool: crochet cotton 1 ball will make 1 med. TubBud
1 ball will make 1 1/2 - 2 sm. TubBuds
You need to make 2
Base: chain 14 (sm.) 17 (med.)
1-7 rows: sc
8row: decrease 1 one either end
9row: sc
(For med. 10-11rows repete 8 and 9)
10-13: sc
14: sc to end and then chain 6
15: sc to end and then chain 6
16-17: sc
18: decrease 1 then sc to end
19: decrease 1 then sc to last four, desrease twice
20: decrease twice, sc til last four, decrease twice
(for med. repete row 20 again)
21: decrease 1, sc til last 2, decrease 1
22: sc
(you may need to repete row 21-22 for preferd neck legnth for sm.)
( for med. repete rows 21-22)
23-24: increase 1 on either end
25-25: sc
(for med. add 1 more row of sc)
26-28 decrease 1 til head has round shape.
Fasten off.
Stitch together on inside or outside, depending on the way you like it.
You can add a face, hair..what ever you like to spiff it up. (optional)
