The doll in the photo is called Scrub-A-Dub Krissy by Mattel.
It's a very tiny doll that came with alot of miniature accessories.
Doll not recommended for small children. This blanket could be used for any 3" doll.

This blanket measures approximately 3-3/4" square and was made for a 3" doll.

The following pattern is my original design.
Please only copy or print this pattern for personal use.
Please contactme if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Hook: Steel Size 7

#10 Bedspread Wt. Cotton

Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, dc.

Difficulty: EASY


NOTE: Beg ch 3 counts as first double crochet throughout pattern.

RND 1: Chain 4, (work all of the following sts in the 4th ch from the hk)
2 dc, * ch 1, 3 dc, repeat from * twice more, ch 1.
Join with sl st in top of beg ch 4.
Ch 3, turn the piece over.

RND 2: (2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch 1 sp.* (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch 1 sp. Repeat from * twice more. Join with sl st in top of beg ch 3. Ch 3, turn the square over.

RND 3: 2 dc in next open space on the side of the square. (3 dc ch 2, 3 dc) in the next open space on the corner of the square. * 3 dc in next side space. (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next corner space. Repeat from * twice more. Join with sl st in top of beg ch 3. Ch 3, turn the square over.

RND 4: Work 3 dc in each open space on the side of the square and work (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in each corner space. Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch 3. Ch 3, turn the square over.

RND 5: Work 3 dc in each open space on the side of the square and work (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in each corner space. Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch 3. Do not turn.

BORDER: Sc in 1st dc of 3 dc group. Ch 3, sc in last dc of same 3 dc group. * Sc in 1st dc of next 3 dc group. Ch 3. Sc in last dc of same 3dc group. Rep from * to corner.

CORNERS: Work 3 chs for each corner continuting with the regular border along each side.

Join with sl st in 1st ch 3 sp. Ch 3, 4 dc in same sp. Sc in each of next 2 sc. 5 dc in each rem ch 3 sp, and sc in each sc. Join with sl st in top of beg ch 3.

 

FASTEN OFF.
