MATERIALS:
Red Heart
4 ply WW Yarn (green and white)
Hook Size K
Hair Elastic
Stitches: ch, sl st, sc.
Difficulty: EASY
R1: Holding one strand of each color, join yarn around the hair elastic with a sc.
*Ch3, sl st in the 3rd ch from the hook. Sc in ring.
Rep from * 10x.
Ch3, sl st in 3rd ch from hook. Sl st in first sc to join.
Fasten off.
