MATERIALS:

Red Heart Super Saver-4ply worsted weight-- Pink- less than 1/2 oz
Hook Size G/4.00MM

Stitches: ch, sc, sl st, dc.

Difficulty: MEDIUM/DIFFICULT

R1: Ch5, dc in the 4th ch from the hook.
(Ch1, dc in same ch) 8 times.
Ch1.
Join with a sl st in the 4th ch of the beg ch5.

R2: Do not turn. Sl st in the next ch1 sp.
(Ch12, sl st in the next ch sp) around.
Fasten off. (9-ch12 lps)

R3: Twist any lp one turn to the right.
Join same yarn in the top of that lp with a sc.
(sc, ch2, 2sc) in same lp.
Ch3.
Twist next lp once to the right.
*(2sc, ch2, 2sc) in lp.
Ch3.
Rep from * around.
Join with a sl st in the first sc.

R4: Do not turn. Ch3.
Dc in next sc.
(2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ch sp.
Dc in next 2sc.
Sk next Ch3 sp.
*Dc in next 2sc.
(2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ch sp.
Dc in next 2sc.
Sk next Ch3 sp.
Rep from * around.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (72dc)

R5: Do not turn. Sl st in the next 2sts.
Ch3.
Dc in the next dc.
(2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ch sp.
Dc in next 2dc.
Ch1. Sk next 4dc.
*Dc in next 2dc.
(2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ch sp.
Dc in next 2dc.
Ch1. Sk next 4dc.
Rep from * around.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (72dc)

R6: Ch3. Dc in ea dc and ch1 sp, placing (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ea ch2 sp.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (117dc)

R7: Ch3. Dc in ea dc around, placing (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in ea ch2 sp.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3. (153 dc)

R8: Ch3, dc in same st.
2dc in ea dc around, placing 4dc in ea ch2 sp.
Join with a sl st in the top of the beg ch3.
(342dc)

Fasten off.
