The following pattern is my original design.

This pattern has not been tested so please contact me if you find any errors.
MATERIALS:
Hook: Size G
Yarn: Simply Soft, 4 Ply worsted weight
Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, sc dec.
Difficulty: EASY
Ch 100, fasten off.
ROW 1: Reattach yarn in the chain that is 10 stitches from the right of the center. Sc in next 20 chs. Ch 1, turn. (the unworked chains on the foundation chain are the tie strings for the bib)
ROW 2: 2 sc in each st. Ch 1, turn.
ROW 3: Sc in each st. Ch 1, turn.
ROW 4: Sl st in next 12 sts, sc in next 16 sts. Ch 1, turn.
ROWS 5-12: Sc in next 16 sts. Ch 1, turn.
ROW 13: Sc dec over next 2 sts. Sc in each sc across to last 2 sts. Sc dec over last 2 sts. Ch 1, turn.
ROWS 14-18: Rep Row 13.
FASTEN OFF.
FINISHING: Pull each tie string up through the first stitch of Row 3 on each end so the tie strings will be more balanced.
