Sugar N Cream (Cotton Yarn - 4 ply ww) (3 ounces)
H Hook

Stitches: ch, sc, sc ps, sl st.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM

R1: Ch34. Sc in the 2nd ch from the hook.
Sc in ea rem ch. (33sc)

R2: Ch1, turn. Sc in first st.
(Sk next st, ch1, sc in next st) across (17-sc & 16-ch1sps)

R3: Ch1, turn. Sc in first sc. (Sc ps in next ch1 sp, sc in next sc.) across (16 sc ps & 17sc)

R4: Ch1, turn. Sc in first sc. Ch1
Sk next st. Sc in ea st across to last 2sts.
Ch1, sk next st. Sc in last st. (31 sc & 2 ch sps)

R5: Ch1, turn. Sc in first st. Sc ps in next ch1 sp.
Sc in ea st across to last 2 sts.
Sc ps in Ch1 sp.
Sc in last st.

Rs 6-35: Alternate Rs 4 & 5.

R36: Rep R2.

R37: Rep R3.

R38: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea st.

EDGE

Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea row end and st around placing 3sc in ea corner.
Join with a sl st.

FASTEN OFF.
