MATERIALS:
Hook: Steel Size 1 (2.75 mm)
#10 Bedspread Wt. Cotton
1 hair elastic
Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, dc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM
Row 1: Working around the elastic, attach the yarn with a single crochet. Work 20 sc around elastic. (21 sc). Ch 3, turn.
Row 2: Dc in same sc as beg ch 3. 2 dc in each rem sc. (42 dc). Ch 3, turn.
Row 3: Dc in same st as beg ch 3. * Ch 2, 2 dc in next st. Rep from * across.
FASTEN OFF/WEAVE IN ENDS
