The following pattern is my original design.

This pattern has not been tested so please contact me if you find any errors.

MATERIALS:

Hook: Size J

Yarn: 4 Ply Worsted Weight

Stitches used: ch, sl st, dc.

Difficulty: EASY

NOTE: Entire rug is worked holding 3 strands.
Colors may be changed to match any decor.


ROW 1: Ch 63, dc in 4th ch from hk and in each ch across. Ch 3, turn.

ROW 2: * Sk next dc, dc in next dc, dc in dc just skipped (cross stitch made). Rep from * across.
Dc in last dc. Ch 3, turn.

ROW 3: Cross stitch in each cross stitch, dc in last dc. Ch 3, turn.

Rep Row 3 until rug is desired length.

LAST ROW: Dc in each st across.

FASTEN OFF.

WEAVE IN ENDS.

FINISHING: Add fringe to both short ends if desired.
