The following pattern is my original design.

MATERIALS:
Hook: Size C
Yarn: Red Heart Baby Sport
Christmas Tree Hanger (or paperclip) -- optional
Stitches used: ch, sl st, dc.
Difficulty: EASY
RND 1: Ch 6, join to form a ring. Ch 4, working inside ring (dc, ch 1) 9 times. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 4.
RND 2: *Sl st in next ch 1 sp, ch 4. Rep from * around. Sl st in 2nd ch of beg ch 4.
RND 3: Sl st twice in next ch 4 sp.* Ch 4, sl st in next ch 4 sp. Rep from * around.
FASTEN OFF.
WEAVE IN ENDS
Add hanger.
