TOY HANDLE POTHOLDER
MATERIALS:
G Hook (4.25mm) (#6)
4 ply cotton yarn
Stitches Used: ch, sl st, hdc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM
Holding Rows 1 and 7 tog, sl st coordinating stitches tog.
Working across open end, sl st corresponding row end stitches tog. Turn piece inside out.
Add hanging loop with a short piece of yarn.
ROUND TOY POTHOLDER
G Hook (4.25 mm) (#6)
4 ply cotton yarn
Stitches Used: ch, sl st, dc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM
Rnd 1: Ch 4, 11 dc in 4th ch from hook. Join with sl st in top of beg ch 4. Ch 1, turn.
Rnd 2: Sc in same st as ch 1. * Ch 3, sc in next st. Rep from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc. Do not turn.
Rnd 3: Sl st in next ch-3 sp. Ch 3. 2 dc in same sp. 3 dc in each rem ch-3 sp. Join with sl st in top of beg ch-3.
Rnd 4: * Ch 3, sc in next st. Rep from * around. Join with sl st. Do not turn.
Rnd 5: Sl st in next ch-3 sp. Ch 1, * 2 sc in next ch-3 sp. Sc in next ch-3 sp. Rep from * around. Join with sl st.
Hanging Loop: Ch 8. Join with sl st at the base of the chain 8.
Fasten Off.
