MATERIALS:

Red Heart Super Saver (4ply WW Yarn)
Hook Size I
Hair Elastic

Stitches: ch, sl st, sc, dc.
Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM


R1: Ch22, dc in 4th ch from hook and in ea rem ch. (20dc)

R2: Ch1, turn. Working between the posts of all double crochet stitches.
*Sc between next 2 sts. Ch2.
Rep from * around with 3 repeats in each end. (you should have 3 scs in each end)
Join with sl st in 1st sc.

R3: Sl st in next ch2 sp. Ch1, sc in same sp. (Ch2, sc in next ch2 sp) around. Join with sl st in 1st sc.

Fasten Off. This is the Right Side.

Working with Wrong Side facing you, join yarn around post of the dc closest to the bottom.
Now you work like you are going up a ladder with all of the double in the center of the strip.
Sc around post of ea dc up the middle. Ch1, turn.
Working around the hair elastic as you complete ea sc, sc in ea sc.

Fasten Off.
