The following pattern is my original design.

MATERIALS:

Red Heart 4 ply WW Yarn (Green)
Hook Size G
12"-14" length of 1/8" ribbon
Yarn Needle

Stitches: ch, sl st, sc.

Difficulty:  MEDIUM

R1: Ch18, join with sl st in first ch to form a ring.
Ch1, sc in same ch. Sc in next 2chs. Ch1, (sc in next 3 chs, ch1) around.
Join with sl st.

R2: Ch1, do not turn. Sc in same st.
(Ch4, sc in next st. Ch4, sc around post of last sc) around.

Join with sl st.

Fasten off.

Using the yarn needle, weave the ribbon through the center of the wreath (see photo)
and tie a bow. With the bow on the bottom, add hanger on top of wreath.
